Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)

Discover your strengths and use Wellness Tools to work towards recovery! Developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, Ph.D., WRAP is centered around 5 Key Recovery Concepts: Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education, Self-Advocacy, and Support. Participants will learn to recognize stressful feelings and events and plan their best course of action. Participants may join at any time and will receive a certificate of completion upon completing the WRAP curriculum. Graduates of WRAP are eligible to attend the monthly WRAP-it-Up group.
